Our mission

I Love Lucedale exists to put everything about our hometown in one place: what's happening this week, where it all came from, and where we're headed together.

We share local news with clear credit to the people who report it, keep a community calendar that anyone can trust, and celebrate the shops, schools, churches and neighbors that make George County special.

It started with a documentary, You Can Always Come Home, and grew into a weekly newsletter and this site. Thanks for being here.
